Fall Annual Safety Inspection/Maintenance
If you want to maximize the performance of your direct or indirect fired make-up air units, please consider an autumn tune-up of the equipment. The benefits of the fall tune-up are as follows; evaluating the unit to ensure safety, maximizing energy savings and reducing maintenance costs.
The service would include the following.
- Remote Station Inspection
- Inspection of the exterior and interior of the equipment
- Belts, drives and the fan(s) are inspected
- The electric motor amperage draw is measured and recorded
- The burner, pilot section and igniter are inspected and evaluated for function and safety
- The safety interlocks are inspected and function of the interlocks is confirmed
- The wiring is inspected and the condition of the wiring is noted
- The burner management flame safeguard system and flame detection system are tested.
- The high and low burner settings as well as the modulating system are tested and adjusted to proper settings.
- Tests will be performed to confirm the valve does not leak
- Documentation will be provided regarding the results of the inspection. If need be, non functioning/unsafe components will be red tagged and locked out until appropriate repairs can be made. Recommendations will be made regarding any preventative maintenance suggested to allow the equipment to function as intended.

Replacement Coils

Most standard coils are manufactured to order in 4 to 6 weeks. Expedited shipment is available at additional charge.
